Georgetown University´s McDonough School of Business has announced the launch of a new online master´s degree in finance.
The Master of Science in Finance (MSF) is the business school first online program.
It mixes synchronous learning (live virtual sessions with real-time interaction) with asynchronous elements (including videos and discussion forums).
The program also includes a week-long, on-campus residency in Washington, DC.
The MSFs core courses include a broad overview of financial and leadership topics, with classes in Financial Markets Corporate Finance and Principled Financial Leadership, among others. The program begins in January 2014.
